Políticas de reservación

Pago: Para tu seguridad y confirmación de recorrido te agendaremos una vez hecho el 50% de anticipo después de habernos puesto en contacto contigo por teléfono o correo electrónico. El pago restante deberá efectuarse 5 días antes de hacer el recorrido. Será necesario nos envíes una copia de la ficha de depósito.

Payment: For your security and route confirmation we will schedule you once 50% of advance payment has been made after having contacted you by phone or email. The remaining payment must be made 5 days before the trip. It will be necessary to send us a copy of the deposit slip.

Reservaciones: Al no efectuar la confirmación de tu recorrido a través del pago tu reservación quedará sujeta a disponibilidad.

Reservations: By not confirming your trip through the payment your reservation will be subject to availability.

Cambios: Cualquier cambio deberá ser solicitado directamente por el contratante.

Changes: Any change must be requested directly by the contracting party.

Cancelación: Solo será válida 5 días antes de tu llegada y tendrá un cargo del 15% sobre el total de la reservación. No haremos reembolsos si la cancelación no se efectúa en tiempo y forma.

Cancellation: It will only be valid 5 days before your arrival and will have a charge of 15% of the total reservation. We will not make refunds if the cancellation is not made in time and form.

Contratación de servicios: Si decides no efectuar uno de los servicios contratados no será reembolsado, tampoco transferible o acumulable.

Hiring services: If you decide not to carry out one of the services contracted, it will not be refund, neither transferable nor cumulative.
